Packaging: It usually takes from 1 to 4 weeks for the order to be delivered, it depends if I have the item you choose in stock or I have to order it ( this applies only for prints because I'm able to order them quickly, for other kind of merch I will open preorders ), and due to the long wait at the post office, usually I go there at the half and/or at the end of each month once I have accumulated a certain number of orders. Please be patient <3.

You will receive an email when I ship your order!
Shipping: From when I leave the post office , orders may take from 3 days to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on shipping method and location. Orders are shipped from Italy with Poste Italiane.
If the package is lost I'm not responsible for it since I don't have control on it after I send it out to the post office. If you want to monitor your shipment you have to choose the option with tracking (it is more expensive but it is the only option I have at the moment).
If a package is damaged you can send me an email together with pictures of the damaged item and we can solve the problem together.
For countries outside of EU: I do not submit VATs at checkout, please expect to be aware to pay the VAT when collecting your packages.
Cancel/modify order: Please before placing your order check if everything is correct! I'm not responsible for wrong adresses.
You can modify/cancel your order only if I haven't shipped it already, by sending me an email with your order number.
Returns: I accept returns only if you are able to send back the item in its original condition. I will refund you the entire cost of you order except for the shipping fees. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
